Ruben spent considerable time with me explaining the nasal cavity and nearby structures, what he saw during my endoscopy, and his recommendations for treatment. He answered all my questions and gave me time to reiterate my understanding of the treatment steps. He is extremely pleasant and clearly knowledgeable.

I was very satisfied with the care I received from Alexis. She was knowledgeable and explained all my symptoms in a manner that was easy for me to understand. She also made sure that I didn't experience any discomfort during the examination.

Only one word can describe Ruben at the Tosa clinic - fantastic! He was very kind and caring and asked great questions to help pinpoint what was causing my snoring. He made me feel very welcome at my appointment and I left feeling confident that he is going to get my snoring under control.

McKenzie was great. She listened to me about all of my questions and concerns. I’ve been a mouth breather since I was a child due to bad allergies and asthma. I wasn’t sure what to expect but needed help with my breathing triangle. We also had a couple of things in common that added to the very positive experience

Rueben was great! I had gone to other ENT providers for the last two years with no solutions for my snoring and nasal congestion issues. He asked me things and scheduled tests that my previous ENTs had never done. It’s only my first visit, but I finally have hope for a solution again besides “just lose more weight.” I’ve had snoring issues since I was a teen, it’s not just weight! If you’re afraid of fatphobic providers Reuben is not one. Weight wasn’t even part of the conversation.
